Kirat Cultural Society of Pittsburgh
We are committed to preserving and practicing the ancient Kirat heritage rooted in Samzik Mundhum values—educating and empowering the next generation through rituals, philosophy, music, and dance, while serving families and building strong, respectful bridges between our cultural traditions and American civic life.
Our mission is to sustain and advance Kirat cultural and spiritual traditions grounded in Samzik Mundhum philosophy through structured education, ritual practice, cultural arts, and community leadership—cultivating pride in heritage, unity within families, and meaningful civic participation in American society.

Himalayan Roots • American Journey
Our heritage originates from the hills and mountains of Nepal, where Kirat traditions and Samzik Mundhum values have guided generations.
Today, rooted in Pittsburgh, we carry that legacy forward by preserving our culture while actively contributing to American civic life.
We bridge communities through cultural programs and service—sharing traditions, music, language, and values while raising proud, respectful American citizens.
